1 Trolley test : produced with elastic plastic material and It will springback but not broken,this is why we can promise one year quality guarantee under normal condition use
2 Apperance inspection : check the wheel surface and metal plate to make sure the wheel looks smooth and glossy
3 Swivel function test：our workers will check the apperance and rotation function of all casters on the production line,then we will single out the rejects
4 Loading test : test the caster wheel according to customers' requirements,in speed of 3km/h,4km/h or 8km/h
